Prevents direct contact of the substructure to the foundation

Since the direct contact of the substructure is a terrace with soil or foundation to be avoided, the JustiFix® J provides indispensable support, especially when only low installation heights for the constructive wood protection exist.
Using the J JustiFix® the waterlogging is prohibited under the terrace and ensuring good ventilation.
By producing high-quality EDPM special rubber of JustiFix® J remains dimensionally stable even when exposed to heat, frost and UV influences! Simultaneously, the walking comfort is increased by the vibration damping effect!
For the easy level adjustment between wood substructure and foundation of JustiFix® J is manufactured in three different material thicknesses.
JustiFix® J is simply placed under the substructure and is arbitrarily stackable.

At the same time it saves a lot of work, because the height adjustment can be carried out not only from below (with spanner SW 10) but also easily from the top (with a screwdriver).
